  • Owner/vendor information (if applicable): business contact details and payment/remittance information needed to administer services

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

Fu Property Management is an equal housing provider. We follow federal, state, and local fair‑housing laws, including protections related to lawful source of income and disability accommodations.

Policy Transparency
General policies are listed site‑wide; property‑specific differences are shown on each property’s page and in your lease packet. Website text is informational and non‑contractual.

 

Emergency Reference
Emergency trade services (e.g., Plumbline) and the approved locksmith are posted inside each home and included in the move‑in packet.
